YOU Can Be A Mentor!

Do not let anyone convince you that because you are not perfect, you would not be a perfect mentor for a bright, inquisitive student waiting to be paired with someone just like you.  Your experience, expertise, wisdom, mistakes, flaws, and even idiosyncrasies can help them develop an understanding and appreciation for the diverse complexity the world has in store for them.  Further, you might be surprised and how much your own life will be enriched by simply sharing it with someone in need of the support of a caring adult.  Don’t think you have the time, or that you’re too busy?  We’ve heard that one before, but the great news is that our program is flexible and enables you to adjust your schedule in a way that is mutually beneficial for you and your mentee once you have been matched.
